Well-Crafted Collaborative is on a mission to make the world a better place, one workplace at a time. The amazing four-woman team partners with organizations to improve leader and employee well-being. The goal is to help teams work better together and build a thriving workplace culture.
There’s a lot behind what goes into making Well-Crafted Collaborative hum, and that’s why they turned to our Seattle video production and content creation company to make a company feature video.
We used two full-day shoots to capture the interviews and b-roll we needed for the Well-Crafted Collaborative feature video. The first shoot day took place in Santa Monica, California. We shot testimonials and b-roll with the Santa Monica Malibu Unified School District. The second shoot day happened during the Well-Crafted Collaborative retreat on Vashon Island. That’s where we gathered the meat of the company’s feature video.
The Well-Crafted Collaborative feature video gives better and deeper meaning to the company’s mission. In under two minutes, you learn about the depth of the company’s work in a consumable way while also learning the importance of workplace well-being. Plus, the feature video allows you to connect with the team like words can’t do. And when it comes to the type of work they do, connecting with an audience and building trust is massively important.
The feature video lives on the Well-Crafted Collaborative website, and they also shared it on LinkedIn and used snippets for Facebook ads. Sophia Kokares, head of partnerships at Well-Crafted Collaborative, simply said in an email: “Just wanted you to know that YOU ROCK! We uploaded the video to our website — LOVING it!”
